Your account
You need to be a licensed real estate professional, or authorized to act for one, to use LocalCite. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure.
You can sign in with an email link, Google or BoldTrail. You are responsible for activity under your account.
What we do
We research the cities in your market, propose article ideas, draft articles, and publish them to your website after you approve them.
- We never publish a draft you have not approved.
- Idea and article volumes depend on your plan.
- Features marked "coming next" are not part of any plan until they launch.
Your review and your input
The notes, edits and local knowledge you add stay yours. You let us use them to write and improve your articles.
When you approve an article, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and complies with fair housing law, your brokerage's policies and your local advertising rules.
Who owns the articles
Articles we publish to your site belong to you, including after you cancel. We keep the right to use de-identified, aggregated data about how articles perform to improve LocalCite.

AI visibility and results
AI assistants decide for themselves which sources to cite, and they change often. We work to make your content citable, but we cannot guarantee mentions, rankings, traffic or leads.
Visibility metrics come partly from third parties such as SEMrush and may be estimates.
Plans, trial and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, your plan is billed monthly or annually, in advance, until you cancel.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use
Do not use LocalCite to publish false, misleading or discriminatory content, to impersonate another agent, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
Other services
LocalCite connects to services we do not control, including Google, BoldTrail and your website host. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers and liability
LocalCite is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account
You can cancel at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use LocalCite after that means you accept the new terms.
